ABOUT BJEC INSTITUTE

 

BJEC Institute/Institut BJEC is a full day of professional development offered to all teachers in the Jewish day school system. Workshops are offered in French, English and Hebrew across many disciplines and subject areas and for elementary and high school teachers.

 

This day provides an excellent opportunity for learning, exchange among colleagues and professional growth.

ABOUT BJEC

 

BJEC (Bronfman Jewish Education Center) is the planning and coordinating agency for Jewish community educational needs in Montreal. 

Governed by a volunteer board and managed by a dedicated staff, BJEC is responsible for the development of Jewish identity and continuity in our community through formal and informal Jewish education experiences and lifelong learning opportunities geared to all age groups. BJEC works in close collaboration with Federation CJA and sister agencies involved in education and culture. 

BJEC's Department of Education and School Partnerships puts on a variety of events and provides a wide range of services to day schools. We offer professional development, pedagogical resources, consultants in special education, executive functions and early academic intervention.
