In this workshop, teachers will learn a tool to help students not only be problem solvers but problem finders as well. Putting the world of 3D printing in the hands of students will help them be better prepared to shape their world and be innovative in their field of choice. Being an innovator requires an understanding and mastery of one’s own executive function skills.

In this workshop participants will:

  • Learn the foundations of the executive functions

  • Understand why Computer Aided Design (CAD) and 3D printing is an essential literacy skills that requires the use of the executive functions.

  • Learn a 3D printing software and design an artifact
